HR Executive | Leadership Coach | Speaker
That has shaped the way I lead, coach, and speak.
I help leaders grow in the moments that matter.
Whether they are leading teams, navigating change, rebuilding confidence, or making difficult decisions, my work creates space for honest reflection, stronger communication, and healthier leadership.
My path in HR has taken me through Fortune 500 companies, private equity, banking, consulting, and startups. I’ve supported leaders across 20+ states, coached individuals through defining seasons, and helped teams move through difficult transitions when trust and communication were at risk. Those experiences have shown me that people do their best work when they feel respected, challenged, and supported.
Here’s what I know: real change does not happen in comfortable spaces. It happens when people are honest enough to name what is no longer working, brave enough to make a different choice, and supported enough to keep going.
Today, I serve as a senior HR executive in financial services, where I work closely with leaders navigating pressure, change, communication, and culture. That work has reinforced what I believe deeply: healthier organizations begin with healthier leaders. The way a leader shows up shapes trust, energy, and the experience people have at work.
As a coach and speaker, I help leaders get clear, strengthen their courage, and lead from who they are instead of who they think everyone needs them to be. My work helps high-achieving leaders move from constant adapting to clearer choices, healthier boundaries, and more sustainable leadership.
True strength in leadership and in life comes from choosing what honors both your wisdom and your values and having the courage to stay true to your authentic self in every decision.
