My path in HR has taken me through Fortune 500s, private equity, banking, consulting, and startups. I’ve partnered with senior executives across 20+ states, guided teams through complex change, and helped organizations rebuild trust when it mattered most.
What I’ve learned along the way is simple: success doesn’t happen in boardrooms alone. It’s built every day in the conversations between managers and their teams.
Today, I serve as Vice President and Director of Human Resources for Heritage Bank of Nevada. I work closely with the C-suite to shape strategy and strengthen leadership alignment. But my work also extends to frontline managers and employees, where culture truly takes root.
Together, we’re building a workplace grounded in trust, accountability, and genuine connection.
As a speaker and coach, I focus on leadership, civility, and culture to help people bridge divides and lead with authenticity in a world that often feels anything but.
